  1. My condolences on the loss of Dawn. She was an active member contributor in the online type 1 diabetes forums on Facebook. She was a wonderful person to converse with and she shared information from her experiences living with type 1 diabetes. She will be missed.

  2. I will love and miss you forever. Thank you for bringing me out of such a dark place with my T1d. You were my girl. My Dia-sister. Thank you for making me a better person. Keep watch over my boys sweet friend!

  3. With our deepest sympathy from Ave Maria Parish, Our Lady of the Assumption and St. Maria Goretti church, staff, parishioners and the Ministry of Consolation our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this very sad time.

  4. Hello. I’m one of Dawn’s many friends. We met through a site on FB, where she expressed the need for a kidney. We privately messaged & soon realized I was a good candidate. I went through the inital process of attempting to donate via Mass. Gen. Hosp. & was over the moon that – perhaps – I could help this lovely woman. Despite being disqualified for a donation Dawn & I remained in contact & became close. Her death shook me. She was my friend during the period of July/Aug. 2020 when I lost both my mom & my granddaughter Phoenix. She enriched my life greatly. I can’t imagine the loss you’re feeling. Blessed be.
