Anthony Ventura

Anthony  Ventura – 59, of Lynn, died unexpectedly on Saturday, July 20, 2019.

Born in Lynn, MA on October 31, 1959, he was the son of the late Walter and Lena (Brienza) Ventura. He was raised and attended public schools in Lynn.

Anthony worked for over thirty years as a truck and motor coach driver.

He loved his family and all of his nieces and nephews. Anthony enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved fishing large mouth Bass, he enjoyed camping and watching Boston sports teams, the Bruins, Pats, Celtics and Red Sox. He especially loved watching comedies and listening to Billy Joel music.

Family members include his loving sisters and brothers, Rita Dunleavy and her late husband Robert, Linda Ventura, Richard Ventura and his wife Ann, Judith Ventura, Carol Nelson and her husband Harold, Guy Ventura and his wife Laura, Joanne Caron and her husband Gary and Virginia Serven and her husband Lawrence, he was the brother of the late Walter Ventura, Jr. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held at the Croswell Funeral Home, 19 Bow Street, North Reading on Monday, July 29 from 4 to 7 PM. A service will start at 6 PM. Interment will be private at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Lynn. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his memory to the charity of one’s choice. www.croswellfuneralhome.com

    1. Tony will be deeply missed and was one of the most caring, giving and thoughtful gentlemen I have ever met.
