Linda M. (Chambers) Morris – 77, of Milton, NH and formerly of Everett, MA died at her home on Sunday, July 13, 2025.
Born in Everett, MA on October 5, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy (Wetmore) Chambers. She was a graduate of Mt. St. Joseph’s Academy of Brighton, MA.
Linda was a member of St. Peters Church of Farmington, NH. She was a devoted Catholic, she served as a Eucharistic Minister, Catechist of Faith Formation and a member of St. Peters Ladies Guild.
She was a retired Walmart Associate, a member of the Red Hat Society and a former employee of Portal to Hope. Linda enjoyed crafts and antiques. She especially enjoyed being a grandmother. She has been a resident of Milton, NH for the past 18 years.
Family members include her loving son, Philip Morris, Jr. and his wife Karen of Thurmont, MD and her daughter, Deborah Ann Giunta and her husband Michael of North Reading; brothers, Paul Chambers and his wife Anita of Ringe, NH, Robert Chambers of Everett; her late brother Charles, and his living spouse Valerie, the late James and his living spouse Geraldine; her beloved grandchildren, Joshua, Brenden, Benjamin, Payton and Evan. Also survived by her beloved cat Dutchess. Former wife of the late Philip Morris, Sr. and brother and sister-in-law of John and Kay Morris.
Visitation will be held at the Croswell Funeral Home, 19 Bow Street, North Reading on Saturday, July 26 from 9:15 to 10:30 AM, followed by a 11:00 AM Funeral Mass at St. Theresa’s Church, 63 Winter Street, North Reading. Interment will be in West Parish Cemetery in Andover. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the charity of one’s choice.
