I did not know Kathy for a long time, but when I met her, I felt like I had known her a long time. She was always very welcoming to me whenever she and Dave had a gathering at their home. She found a way to make you feel seen, and welcome always. I will always remember how her face lit up talking about her grand babies and showing us pictures of them all. She was born to be a maternal figure to all that needed it- and she will be sorely missed.
