I was very sad to hear Karen passed away. She was a wonderful person. I first knew her as my neighbor on Oakdale Rd. Our children played in the neighborhood together. I have many happy memories from back then. After she moved and got her horses we would visit her there. Travis’ first time on a horse was hers. She loved her animals dearly. I haven’t seen her in years, except on her Facebook posts. I can honestly say I never heard her say an unkind word about anyone. My sympathy and love to her family. The world was a better place with her in it. I am so very sorry she’s gone.
My deepest condolences. Karen would come visit all the staff at “The Horseshoe.” I always enjoyed our conversations about life and the restaurant business. I hope she is at peace and enjoying a nice Cosmo!! ❤️❤️
Very sad. Karen and I were buddies in elementary school. She had the best smile and was my first “best friend”. We grew up in the same neighborhood and always had fun. My deepest condolences to her family. Rest in Peace, Karen.
