  2. I always looked forward to visiting my Auntie Peg and family in North Reading…she was so pretty, nice, stylish, and just told the best stories and jokes! Everyone loved to be in her company, and she was the life of the party! Beautiful lady, and I just know her sisters were there at the Pearly Gates waiting to greet her singing…”Peg of my Heart” we love you! A beautiful light/life has gone, but she’ll be shining down from above always. To my cousins: Donna, Deb, Billy, Jeff and Jill and their families…thinking of you all…..Love, Kathy Marino (niece)

  3. I will never forget the day I met Peg Lannon, she strolled into the school cafeteria with a polka dot flared skirt dress, with top button snuggly buttoned, and red lipstick. She was gorgeous I thought she was a movie star and not my friend Denise”s mom.Over the years nothing changed she remained gorgeous and always had that top button-buttoned.We will miss you Peg, your dancing singing and energy. 4. It was with great sadness that I learned of your Moms passing. So beautiful, graceful and caring. I keep hoping I will learn the words to help ease the grief and pain that fills the space that death creates, I haven’t. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I am so grateful for the many times I spent with your Mom. Just an outstanding Lady and Mom

  5. My dearest Peg, you were always so special to me. You were my second mother. I had known you since I was in second grade. You were a large part of my life. I will miss you terribly and you will always be in my heart. All my love, Danni

  6. Mrs. Lannon, I finally got to tell you just how much you meant to me growing up. You were a surrogate mother, always there and so welcoming and understanding. I’m sure I’m not the only one you touched, but I’m so grateful for having you in my life. All my love to the family and thanks for sharing your mom. CJ Bonfanti

  7. Friends do not get any better than you Peggy. My Mom, Priscilla loved you as did we. You were there for her when Dad died. You were there for her always. As her age crept on on her you looked out for her, even helping her off the floor in the middle of the night- more than once. You lived next door to Mom and many a bottle of wine did you share. You two had more blizzard parties than anyone (and you were in your 80’s). You picked up groceries for her and delivered meals – including your world famous fudge. You made her feel safe. Your friendship was cherished by her. Mom used to say “thank God for Peggy”. Thank you doesn’t seem to be enough Peggy. People like you are rare in this world. You wore your heart on your sleeve and we all loved you. I hope you and Mom are sharing a bottle of wine and catching up. I can almost hear those girlish giggles. You are and will be missed. Much love, Laurie, Paul, Nate and of course Jack!!!
